Producer

All cheeses are made with vegetable rennet for our vegetarian friends. We are a Farmstead Producer meaning all our milk comes from our cows on our farm and is made into cheese by us on the same farm. We have been making cheese since 2009 and moved from Fairview, just outside of Asheville, to the farm in Columbus in 2018. The farm is 226 acres and has been a dairy since 1947.
